In Japan they had a school teaching the specific art of sword fighting, about Tesshu, called the sword of no sword, now at this interesting aikido site:

The very brief essence is this: think about the sword and it is drawn to you. The fix: don&#039;t let your mind linger on the sword, but see it as part of the surround.
